Five firefighters receive promotions

On July 16, five firefighters were recognized by Mayor Ford and Fire Chief Krueger at the Board of Trustees Meeting at Village Hall for their recent promotions (featured in photo from left to right):

  • Lieutenant Matt Bacarella
  • Lieutenant Mike Vitale
  • Battalion Chief Tyler Reynolds
  • Fire Marshal Brandon Rhoades
  • Deputy Chief Eric Levernier 

Four of the recognized firefighters (Battalion Chief Tyler Reynolds, Fire Marshal Brandon Rhoades, Lieutenant Mike Vitale & Lieutenant Matt Bacarella) began their careers in a cadet program for high school students with an interest in the fire service.
